TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY 

How to Enter

Entry to the competition is via www.tonypark.net. Entrants must complete a question in relation to Tony Park's novel SILENT PREDATOR as stated on www.tonypark.net, and must provide in 50 words or less a written response to a general question as stated on the website.

Terms and Conditions

1. Details on how to enter form part of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is open to all Australian Residents except employees (and their immediate family) of the Promoter.
3. The competition is open to entrants of any age, however the trip to South Africa can only be taken by people over 18 years of age.
4. The competition is open only to residents of Australia and its territories.
5. The Promoter is Pan Macmillan Australia, ACN 28 001 184 014, Level 25, 1 Market Street, Sydney NSW 2000.
6. You may enter as many times as you wish.
7. The promotion starts on 1st June 2008 and closes on 31st December 2008.
8. The winning entry will be judged by staff from the Promoter on 15th January 2009 at the Promoter's office (address above).
9. The entry judged best will win a 14-day trip for two people to South Africa, including two nights accommodation at Tinga Private Game Reserve, a rail trip from Pretoria to Cape Town with Rovos Rail, airfares, accommodation, transfers and $3000 prize money. The prize is valued at approximately AUD $20,000.
10. The winner of the prize will be contacted by email and telephone and the results published on www.tonypark.net.
11. The prize must be taken at a time mutually agreeable to the affiliated parties.
12. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
13. All entries remain the property of the Promoter.
