TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
How to Enter
Entry to the competition is via www.tonypark.net. Entrants must complete a question in relation to Tony Park's novel SILENT PREDATOR as stated on www.tonypark.net, and must provide in 50 words or less a written response to a general question as stated on the website.
Terms and Conditions
- Details on how to enter form part of these Terms and Conditions.
- Entry is open to all Australian Residents except employees (and their immediate family) of the Promoter.
- The competition is open to entrants of any age, however the trip to South Africa can only be taken by people over 18 years of age.
- The competition is open only to residents of Australia and its territories.
- The Promoter is Pan Macmillan Australia, ACN 28 001 184 014, Level 25, 1 Market Street, Sydney NSW 2000.
- You may enter as many times as you wish.
- The promotion starts on 1st June 2008 and closes on 31st December 2008.
- The winning entry will be judged by staff from the Promoter on 15th January 2009 at the Promoter's office (address above).
- The entry judged best will win a 14-day trip for two people to South Africa, including two nights accommodation at Tinga Private Game Reserve, a rail trip from Pretoria to Cape Town with Rovos Rail, airfares, accommodation, transfers and $3000 prize money. The prize is valued at approximately AUD $20,000.
- The winner of the prize will be contacted by email and telephone and the results published on www.tonypark.net.
- The prize must be taken at a time mutually agreeable to the affiliated parties.
- The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
- All entries remain the property of the Promoter.
